It has beautiful views over the estate’s private pool and the surrounding woodlands beyond the rolling countryside. A small garden house for those looking for a peaceful place to express their artistic side. It provides a beautiful backdrop for painting, drawing or sketching while enjoying the home’s stained, oak and glazed atmosphere. The cottage has its own driveway and plenty of garden space, with a garden table, chairs and brick patio. Note that this garden is not fenced. There is ample parking and no overpasses. Pets by agreement for an additional small fee, maximum two.
The cottage sleeps 4 and is perfect for a family. (We can provide cots and high chairs on request). With high-quality furnishings and interior design, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room opens onto the garden and side terrace, which has lovely views over the forest and lake. There are carpeted stone floors and carpeted bedrooms. A wood-burning stove (logs included) is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, while oil-fired central heating makes the lounge cosy.
Dog Friendly Campsites On The Lincolnshire Coast
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Living area has color TV, VCR and DVD (bring your own DVD due to new rules), radio/CD player, WiFi, local information and plenty of reading material.
It has one double bedroom with 6′ bed and one bedroom with two beds (twin according to arrangement). All bed linen and towels are provided. The family bathroom has a WC. and a heated towel rail. There is also a separate bathroom with bath and WC.
Outside you will find a barbecue (charcoal) and garden furniture
